SIBT: Reference Management Software

Download Citations and Import them into Mendeley or Zotero

Use the side menu below to see instructions on how to export or download citations from one of the library databases.

After downloading the results, open the file from the pop-up or from the downloads folder on your computer.

Or use the following instructions to import the downloaded files directly from your Reference Management Software.

1. Open Mendeley 1. Open Zotero                                                     
2. Click ADD NEW 2. Click File - Import... > Where do you want to import from?
3. Choose FILES FROM COMPUTER 3. Select A file (BibTeX, RIS, Zotero RDF, etc) 
4. Navigate to your Downloads Folder and select the .RIS file 4. Navigate to your Downloads folder and select the .RIS file
5. Click OPEN 5. Click OPEN

You can add PDF files to these references by:

1. Click on the reference

2. Click the PLUS symbol next to FILES 2. Click the PAPERCLIP button on the top bar
3. Locate the PDF and click OK 3. Select Attach Link to File
  4. Locate the PDF and click OK
