WSU Sydney City: How to use the Library

Printing and copying facilities are available on campus to current students. Only students carrying a current student card are able to print. Credit may be added to student cards in the library. 

Please Note: Change is not available in the library.  Printing credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Black & White Charges: A4 11c per page | A3 20c per page
• Colour Charges: A4 80c per page | A3 $2.00 per page

Campus photocopiers can be used to scan material to email or directly to a USB drive. Scanning is a free service to enrolled students.

For text based resources, you may copy and communicate a ‘reasonable portion'. Generally, a reasonable portion is considered:

• One chapter of a book, or 10% of the pages (10% of the words if the work is in electronic form).
• One article from a journal or newspaper (more if the articles are on the same subject matter in a special edition).
• All of an artistic work, for example: a diagram or photo (when not available for separate purchase).
