Enrolled students and staff can borrow up to 20 books from any of the ACAP campus libraries at one time, in addition to ebooks.
Alumni may borrow 2 books.
Students studying entirely online or by blended delivery can request books through our postal lending service or place digitisation requests for chapters out of books, unless there is an Ebook available, in which case the student will be directed to the eBook link.
Newly enrolled students may borrow up to two weeks prior to the commencement of their courses. To create your library account, refer to the My Library page of this guide.
Returning and Renewing Items
Items can be renewed up to 6 times unless they have been placed on hold by another student.
You may return all borrowed items to any campus library either by post or in person.
Returning books to the library by post is made at borrowers' expense.
ACAP Student
Loan rules apply to hardcopy collections. ACAP students also have access to our electronic collections, e.g. ebooks, journal articles, video databases, etc.
Fine policy applies.
ACAP Alumni
Alumni can only borrow from our hardcopy collection. Many electronic resources are now freely available as Open Access.

ACAP Staff
Loan rules apply to hardcopy collections. ACAP staff also have access to our electronic collections.
