1. Sign in to My Library to access the MultiSearch Request Options. Current students, academic and administrative staff may log in using your college username and password as follows:
Username: students\yourstudentID (e.g. students\135689)
Password: your student password Please note: username contains a back-slash (\)
Alumni and sessional staff can sign in from the My Library link using your Library username and password: Username and passwords will be given to you by library staff.
You may reset this password by selecting the UPDATE LOGIN CREDENTIALS link from the Personal Details tab, here.
2. Click the title link of the item you'd like to have sent
3. From the Find & Request section and click the Request link
4. Select Home Address as the pick up location and then the Request button.
A hold will be placed on the next available item and sent to your home address. Check that your address is current in My Library, contact the library with updated address details as required and inform student administration to update your student record.
