The ACAP Library cannot support the writing of your review, including data extraction, analysis, and synthesis. However, you should reach out to your supervisor or the Academic Skills Advisors for assistance. The Academic Skills Advisors team will help you formulate a research question and work with you from the planning stages of your review through to the writing of your final draft. Data Extraction & Analysis Software

Some of the below software is available for free, while others require payment. Discuss the requirements with your educator or supervisor.

• SPSS Statistics (statistics, some qualitative functionality): This software is installed on PCs at ACAP campuses. Discuss your options with your educator/supervisor if you are unable to attend a campus.
• PSPP (the open-source version of SPSS)
• NVIVO (qualitative and unstructured data)
• STATA (data analysis and statistical software)
• JASP (open-source graphical statistics interface)
• Taguette (free and open-source tool for qualitative research)
