The following details should be provided for book chapters in a bibliography:
- First author (of the chapter) - surname followed by first name.
Subsequent author's names should be listed as they appear on the source: given name, initial or middle name, surname
- The chapter title in single quotation marks
- The word in
- The author's given name followed by surname. If there are more than three authors, list the first editor followed by et al
- (ed) or (eds) if there are two or more editors
- The book title in italics
- The Publisher, edition and year in round brackets
- The starting page of the chapter
