Title of the course material or page. (Copyright year). In A. A. Course Instructor, & B. B. Course Instructor (Eds.), Course code: Title of course in italics (pp. #-#). Institution Name.

When the author of material in the course pack is unknown, move the title of the material to the author position of the reference.

If page numbers are not relevant remove this element.
